Pad Thai

Pad Thai is considered the national dish of Thailand, and for good reason. It has a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and umami flavours, while being extremely easy to make.

The recipe below is a simplified version of the classic Pad Thai, and can be made with ingredients that are easily available here in Indian grocery stores.

The recipe is quick enough to cook for a weeknight dinner after work (which I do often), but it still feels like a treat. Just make sure to have all the ingredients prepped and ready, as the actual cooking happens very fast!
